Jenny Westerkamp, RD

Jenny began her career during her senior year of college when she started All Access Internships (AAI) in April 2008, and since then has dedicated to meeting the needs of the dietetic student community. She spends her application "off-season" managing the minor league nutrition needs for the Chicago Cubs.

Previously, Jenny was the Nutritionist for Kitchfix, a meal delivery, prepared foods, and catering company in Chicago. She also advised REAL Dietitian, a nationwide telehealth company. For 4 years, she was the Senior Sports Nutritionist for SportFuel, Inc. where she worked with the Rockford IceHogs, Chicago Blackhawks, and NBA Development League. She is also the co-author of Green Foods for Men.

She has been interviewed for a variety of media outlets including Good Morning America, Today's Dietitian, and Men's Fitness. Jenny was the President of the Chicago Food and Nutrition Network and was on the Executive Board for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics's Nutrition Entrepreneurs from 2010-2012.

Jenny graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and earned a bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She was honored as the most outstanding dietetics student in the program and also was the recipient of the Senior Honorary 100 for the top 100 seniors at the university. In 2009, she was awarded the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Nutrition Entrepreneurs' Student of the Year. In 2016, she received the Outstanding Young Alumni Award from UIUC College of ACES. Jenny completed her dietetics training at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

Jennifer Germano Knight
Director of Marketing

Jen Germano is the All Access Internship Director of Marketing. She is a recent graduate of the dietetics program at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Jen has always had a passion for Nutrition and believes Nutrition education is the foundation to a healthy lifestyle.

With a previous degree in business, Jen felt that something was missing. She decided to go back to school to pursue a fulfilling career that included her love for nutrition. While Jen prepares her application for a dietetic internship, she is receiving valuable experience as a Nutrition Coach for AVA, an intelligent eating app changing the way users think about food. During free time, you can find Jen cooking, hanging with her fur kids, drinking coffee, and putting Sriracha on everything.

Bree Weeden
Social Media Intern
Bree is an All Access Internship Social Media Intern. She is a third year student at the University of California, Davis, where she is majoring in Clinical Nutrition with a minor in Public Health. Bree works as a nutrition education intern through the university's cooperative extension where she teaches children from low-income families the basics of cooking and nutrition. She is involved in many organizations on campus, including the Student Nutrition Association and Student Association of Body Image and Disordered Eating. She also writes for the UCD chapter of Spoon University, an online publication for college foodies. 
In what little free time she has, Bree loves running, hiking, eating, and dancing. She is one of two co-directors for her college dance team and can be found either in a kitchen or a dance studio.

Adrienne Mangroo, RD, CNSC
Adrienne is a clinical dietitian (and DI preceptor) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician working in Neurosurgery, Medical, and Trauma ICUs. She is an active member of various dietetic associations, and belongs to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and its Sports, Cardiovascular, and Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group, and the American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.
Adrienne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Drexel University in Philadelphia, and completed her Dietetic Internship at the VA San Diego Healthcare System.

Amanda Sauceda, MS, RD
Coach / New Coach Trainer

Amanda completed her undergraduate degree and dietetic internship through California State University, Long Beach in 2010. After her internship she went on to finish her Master’s degree in Nutritional Science at California State University, Long Beach where she now works as a full-time lecturer and has served on the dietetic internship selection committee for California State University, Long Beach. Previous to teaching at the college level she was working under a grant to provide nutrition education in low-income schools.

Throughout her career as both a student and a professional, Amanda has been actively involved with the Orange District, CDA executive board and is currently serving as President. Amanda has a strong interest in combining nutrition with technology and Intuitive Eating.

Aubrey Phelps, RD
Coaching Coordinator + All Access Pass Coach

Aubrey was born and raised in Port Clinton, Ohio. After completing her Master’s in Nutrition and beginning her distance internship through Morrison Chartwells, Aubrey began working as a coach with All Access in 2013. In May 2014, she sat for her RD boards and became a Registered Nutritionist.  Since then, Aubrey has been working primarily in private practice, focusing around perinatal and pediatric nutrition. In 2016, Aubrey completed her perinatal fitness specialist certification to offer her clients another piece of the wellness puzzle. She lives on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and two children, 2.5 years and 10 months.

Autumn Enloe MS, RD, LD

Autumn is a Midwest native who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She then went on to pursue her dream of becoming a registered dietitian and graduated with a master’s degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2013, and completed a distance dietetic internship through Iowa State University in 2014. 

After becoming a registered dietitian, Autumn worked for a private practice and did one-on-one coaching with clients all over the nation. After that, she became a clinical dietitian at a children’s hospital where she is still currently employed and acts as a preceptor for students. In her spare time, Autumn enjoys experimenting with new recipes, freelance writing, being active outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends. 

Brittany Chin, MS, RD, LD

Brittany is a Registered Dietitian with her Certification in Adult Weight Management. She is the Registered Dietitian for AVI Foodsystems Inc. at BMW North America in Greer, SC. She also has experience working as a Content Marketing Manager for Pure Barre Corporate and as a Health Coach for Health Diagnostic Laboratory Inc. 


Brittany received her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Syracuse University, and completed her dietetic internship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Nutrition communications is Brittany's passion, and she completed the Master's of Science in Health Communications program at Boston University in Fall of 2016. Brittany has volunteered with her local and state dietetic association for over 4 years, having served as the Piedmont Dietetic Association President and the South Carolina Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics PR-Media Chair. She was named PDA's Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year in 2013. She currently serves as the Communications Chair for the Thirty and Under in Nutrition and Dietetics Member Interest Group for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In her free time, Brittany cooks and blogs at with one of her best friends that she met in her dietetic internship at the Medical University of South Carolina. 

Demsina Babazadeh, RD

Demsina is a first generation American of Assyrian decent, born and raised in California. She obtained a B.S. in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California at Davis in 2015. While at UC Davis, she embarked on various research and nutrition internships. In her senior year, she piloted her own study looking at weight management in an underserved, uninsured population in Knights Landing, California

Demsina completed her dietetic internship at Yale University in 2016. Demsina sought out AAI coaching during her application season and is excited to help others in the same journey.  She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Weight Management practice group. Her dietetics interests include nutrition support, research, weight management, and bariatrics. Currently, she is continuing her education at Boston University School of Public Health as a Master’s in Public Health Candidate, with a dual concentration in Epidemiology & Biostatistics and Health Policy & Law.

Esther Ellis, MS, RD, LDN

Esther began her career working as a journalist after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Journalism with a minor in English from Southeastern Louisiana University. After working for a Baton Rouge magazine, she decided to pursue her passion of nutrition while maintaining her writing by contributing to several publications as a contract writer.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Nicholls State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston, Texas where she also obtained her Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman's University. Esther recently began a job as the first Nutritionist for Rouses Markets, a locally owned Louisiana-based grocery store that spans into Mississippi and Alabama. She also continues to work as a contract writer.

Gabrielle Giuliano, RDN

Gabrielle always had a strong interest in food and nutrition. After graduating from Fairfield University with a B.A in International Studies and Sociology, she switched gears to pursue this passion. Gabrielle completed her DPD at Montclair State University and dietetic internship at the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2014 with Distinction in Supervised Practice.

Upon completing their internship, Gabrielle worked for Sodexo as a clinical dietitian and served on the selection committee for the Sodexo New York Metropolitan Area Dietetic Internship. She currently works at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey as an outpatient oncology dietitian, as well as continues private counseling.

Jenn Randazzo, MS, RD, LD

Jenn completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Dayton, and graduated with a BS in Education and Allied Health in 2005. She completed her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University, and became a graduate assistant while pursuing her MS in Medical Dietetics, which she completed in 2010.

Previously, Jenn has co-founded NOURISH, a consulting company in St. Louis, MO that empowers clients to improve their health by eating real food that tastes good, consulted for a locally-based food manufacturing companies, served as adjunct faculty at St. Louis Community College and worked on a food truck! 

Along with being an AAI coach, Jenn currently works as a Regional Educator for Vega, a plant-based nutrition company, in Northern California. She LOVES checking out new restaurants (especially tapas where sharing and sampling a bunch of goodies is a must!), running, and hanging with her husband Chris, and pup Judith.

Jenna Gorham, RD

Jenna graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Science. After completing her undergrad, Jenna decided to take some time off before applying to internships. She used this time to gain extra experience in many areas of nutrition. She then completed the Wellness Workdays Distance Dietetic Internship. This program allowed her to customize the rotations to meet her personal interests and goals as well as live anywhere in the country!

Jenna began her career as a clinical RD and is now pursuing her own private practice in Bozeman, Montana. She has experience in nutrition communications, writing, and editing and enjoys working with dietetics students to help them succeed! In her spare time, Jenna enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, and exploring the great outdoors as well as the local food scene.

Jill Merkel, MS, RD, CSSD

Jill obtained a B.S. in psychology from Indiana University. After discovering a passion for running and fitness, she decided to pursue a career in nutrition so she began with her B.S. in dietetics from the University of Southern Indiana. With a passion for sports nutrition, she enrolled in the Coordinated Master’s Program at the University of Utah where she earned her M.S. in nutrition with an emphasis in sports nutrition.

She gained valuable sports nutrition experience through internships and fellowships at the University of Utah, University of Louisville and University of Virginia. She worked full-time as the Performance Dietitian for EXOS at Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center in Minneapolis. She currently resides in Nashville where she is working in private practice and has a photography business. She also runs a health & fitness blog at

Julianna Manzo, RD

Julianna earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and minor in Public Health and Dance from Montclair State University. She went on to complete her dietetic internship at The College of Saint Elizabeth. Currently, Julianna is a retail Dietitian at ShopRite. She works with a variety of patients on a daily basis through individual, couple, and family counseling. She also gives store tours, holds cooking classes for kids, gives presentations in the local community, and coordinates in-store health screenings. Along with her coaching position at AAI, Julianna is working toward her Master’s degree in nutrition at the College of Saint Elizabeth. In her free time, she enjoys ballroom dancing and spending time with her family and friends. Julianna is excited to help dietetic students create the best application possible- and get them matched to an internship!  

Katie Braun MS, RD, LD, CNSC

Katie earned her BS in Nutrition from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  She completed her combined Masters/Dietetic Internship at the Michael E DeBakey Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center and Texas Woman's University. She began her career with the Houston, TX VA Medical Center upon completion of her internship. 

Since starting as a clinical dietitian at the facility, Katie has worked with patients having a variety of surgical, medical and neurological conditions.  She currently is the dietitian for the medical & cardiac intensive care unit, its step-down unit, and is also as a member of hospital's Nutrition Support Team. 

Katie has had the opportunity precept dietetic interns for the last five years and was awarded the 2013 Outstanding Preceptor Award (Newcomer) at the local and state level. Along with precepting students, Katie has served on the facilities internship program selection committee for the past three years.  This opportunity has helped her understand what internship directors are looking for in their top candidates.  Katie enjoys working with students and looks forward to helping applicants match with DI programs.

Katie Proctor, MBA, RDN

Katie is one of the original All Access Internships co-founders and, as a coach, remains dedicated to students in their internship search and application process. Katie has been a highly sought after AAI coach for more than 5 years. Throughout her undergraduate career, Katie served on the selections committee of many highly competitive organizations and advisory boards, and provides a unique perspective on how to work application letters and interviews. She also served on the intern selection committee during her dietetic internship.

Katie holds a B.S. in Dietetics and minors in business and Spanish from Kansas State University, where she graduated cum laude with honors. She completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Katie works full-time in consumer marketing for an organic food company in Denver, CO. Her past work and internship experience includes an international PR agency, supermarket nutrition communications and sports nutrition. She also maintains an active blog for young professionals, Healthy & Happy Hour. 

Katy Lawson, MS, RD, CD

Katy is a registered dietitian working in regulatory affairs for Keurig Green Mountain.  She graduated from Michigan State University in 2010 with her bachelors in Dietetics and Health Promotion specialization.  After graduating, she moved to Vermont to pursue her Masters in Dietetics and Dietetic Internship from the University of Vermont.  Katy has worked in (and served as a preceptor) the areas of clinical nutrition, long-term care, home health, food service management,  and policy.  She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics on both a state and nationwide level.  Currently, she serves as the Public Policy Coordinator for the Vermont Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  In addition, she is the Community Leader of Thirty and Under in Nutrition and Dietetics Member Interest Group and serves on the board of director for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Political Action Committee.  In her spare time, Katy volunteers for Camp Ta Kum Ta, a camp for kids with cancer in northern Vermont.

Kristina Todini, RD

Kristina Todini was previously a dietetic intern at the California Department of State Hospitals – Napa, and graduated with a BS in Dietetics from San Francisco State University. She holds numerous leadership positions within dietetic associations, including serving on the CA Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics’ Education Council, as a Legislative Ambassador for CA District 15, and she founded and edits the Nutrition Entrepreneur’s DPG student newsletter. Kristina is an avid volunteer and traveler and has worked internationally in both Peru and Chile. She writes about her experiences with food, travel, and dietetics on her blog, As a former AAI client, Kristina is excited to help students put together their best dietetic internship application possible—and get them matched!

Laura Falconi, RD
Laura received her Bachelor's of Science from Clemson University in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a minor in Chemistry.  While at Clemson, she sought out leadership roles on campus and around the community.  She was the Food Science and Human Nutrition Club President, Dean's Student Advisory Board Representative, peer mentor, student ambassador, and student representative for the regional dietetic association. 
Laura completed her dietetic internship through Cornell University where she gained experience in clinical nutrition, food service management, community nutrition, and research.  She also holds a certificate in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Laura now works with a company called "South Lake Counseling".  It is all outpatient and she sees adolescents and adults primarily in the area of eating disorders. In her free time, Laura enjoys vegan baking, yoga, and drinking coffee. 

Maggie Michalczyk, RD

Maggie is a graduate of Michigan State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. While attending MSU, she studied International Food Laws in Europe, and was an executive board member of their Food and Nutrition Association. Last May, she completed the Aramark Distance Dietetic program in her hometown of Chicago. Just days later Maggie moved to New York City to start working at Ketchum, Public Relations firm. 

As a dietitian in PR, Maggie supports various food brands by executing events to promote their products, translating evidenced-based science into consumer-friendly messages and working with top-tier media dietitians to coordinate broadcast placements in local and national markets. 

During her dietetic internship, Maggie brought her passion for all things pumpkin to life, by starting her Instagram, OnceUponAPumpkin. On the weekends you can find Maggie trying new workout classes or taking pictures of the pumpkin food she finds around Chicago or creates in her kitchen. Maggie greatly enjoys helping students on their path to success in the nutrition world, and inspiring others to find their nutrition niche!

Moe Schlacter, MS, RD, LD

Moe’s career began in the food service industry after he received formal culinary training at the Jerusalem Culinary Institute in Israel. He ascended to the position of Sous Chef at a large catering company in Brooklyn before returning to school. Moe completed Bachelors of Science degrees in both Business Management and Nutrition at Brooklyn College in New York City. He completed his dietetic internship as Class Chairman at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX. He also earned a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University.

Along with his coaching position at AAI, Moe is the Administrative Dietitian at the Michael E. DeBakey VA where he oversees menu development, employee training, waste management, and customer satisfaction. He also serves as President Elect of the Houston Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. His role is to plan and organize legislative initiatives as well as educational and promotional opportunities for dietetic professionals and students of the Southeast Texas area.

Nancy Sidnam, MS, RD

Nancy earned her MS in nutritional science from California State University, Los Angeles and completed her dietetic internship with The University of Northern Colorado. Prior to pursuing a career in nutrition, she earned a BS in Marketing from Fairfield University and spent time working in the advertising industry. She currently works as a Lifestyle Coach for Noom in NYC and is passionate about helping her clients live a healthier lifestyle through behavior change. She is also the founder of The Wellie Life, Inc., a platform that brings wellness to teenage girls through content, community and coaching. Nancy previously served as the Marketing and Operations Manager for All Access Internships, and she is excited to continue helping students get matched as an AAI Coach! Nicole Santonastaso

Nicole Santonastaso is originally from Massachusetts, but the field of nutrition has brought her all over the country. She received her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she was president of the Undergraduate Nutrition Club and a Chi Omega. After graduation, Nicole packed her bags and headed to Nome, Alaska to take the position of Food Service Supervisor in which she managed the hospital kitchen. After getting experience in the food service management industry, she switched her focus to community nutrition. Nicole earned her certified lactation counselor (CLC) credentials and served as the hospital’s breastfeeding coordinator. She traveled by small aircraft throughout the entire Norton Sound region to deliver nutrition and lactation support. In addition, Nicole assisted in selecting and supervising the 8 undergraduate nutrition interns that come to Nome every year for the highly competitive Summercise internship.


Most recently, Nicole has relocated to Phoenix, Arizona as a dietetic intern for the Southwestern Dietetic Internship that focuses on American Indian and Alaskan Native health and the Indian Health Services system. She was honored to accept one of the two position available.  In April, she will sit for her IBCLC exam. Nicole is thrilled to continue to help dietetic students reach their dreams as an AAI coach. 

Sigornie Pfefferle, RD

Sigornie was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska.  In 2012, she graduated cum laude from the University of South Dakota with a B.S. in Chemistry.  While at the University of South Dakota she competed for the women’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams, where, after a team talk from a dietitian, she discovered her passion for sports nutrition.  With that passion in mind, she enrolled in the Coordinated Master’s Program at the University of Utah where she earned her M.S. in nutrition with an emphasis in sports nutrition in May 2015.  

While at Utah she spent 10 months working with the athletics department providing nutrition education and support to a variety of sports teams. Additionally, during her time at Utah, she was a co-instructor for the Division of Nutrition’s Wilderness Nutrition course where she was responsible for developing, managing, and leading weekly foods labs.  She is currently a Gatorade SNIP intern at St Vincent’s Sports Performance in Indianapolis, IN.  She is a current member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and Collegiate & Professional Sports Dietitians Association (CPSDA).

Susan Stalte, RD LDN MBA-Candidate
Susan is a Pennsylvania-native and past AAI client who graduated from Immaculata University in 2014. She maintained strong academic grades while balancing employment as well as a student leadership position with the Philadelphia Dietetic Association. She was accepted into Meredith College's Site Preceptor 2014-2015 Dietetic Internship, a partial distance internship with a leadership emphasis requiring her to relocate to North Carolina for a 16-week clinical rotation and independently secure all other rotations back home. With firsthand experience completing a distance internship, she can directly relate to applicants exploring this pathway. 
She is actively pursuing a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in order to further understand the business end of healthcare. Susan is now a Registered Dietitian (RD) licensed in three states and works for multiple telemedicine startups as well as per-diem adult and pediatric home care. She is excited to join the AAI team and help students reach their goal of becoming an RD!
